Determination of rents and tenancy
For the remuneration of private expert opinions the using of the HOAI § 34 is statutorily prescribed. Here are some electional payments to rely on:
Extra services such as (e. g. material allowances, calculation of areas...) are deductated as time payment; all remunerations are in Euro plus VAT; estate value = market value
